Baby Gwyneth is going HOME!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that baby Gwyneth (Tricia with CF's baby girl) is going home today! She is just a couple days past 18 weeks old, and she is now over 4 lb 10 oz and about 16 inches long. She started out born just shy of 25 weeks gestation, weighing 1 lb 6 oz and was 12 inches long. This is truly a miracle that she even survived, let alone is thriving and being discharged healthy. Such an amazing story!
